Yes! We have a designated study space and computer lab available for residents — perfect for getting work done between classes.

The Enclave gives UF students the best of both worlds — a convenient Gainesville location with a community designed for comfort and connection. Our apartment homes feature spacious layouts, private bathrooms, and screened-in balconies, so you have your own space while still being part of a social, welcoming community. You're close to campus, shopping, dining, and local spots, but still get a calm place to come home to. We're also upgrading our outdoor amenities: a brand new pool, outdoor hangout area, and pickleball court are all set to be completed by May 2026.

The Enclave is approximately 1.8 miles from UF Campus — a quick bus ride or short drive away.
